What Makes Grass-Fed Beef Different?
Grass-fed and grass-finished cattle are raised on fresh grasses and legumes rather than grain. This slower, natural approach supports healthier animals and produces beef with a clean, robust flavor.

We manage our herd in a way that mimics native bison grazing patterns. Our cattle spend over 90% of their lives on deep-rooted prairie grasses and drink clean, natural water sources. This approach supports soil health, wildlife habitat, and long-term sustainability.

Grass-fed animals take more time to reach maturity, but this patient process supports healthier pastures, calmer livestock, and naturally lean, nutrient-dense beef.
